The MSU Product Center is offering PCQI training at MSU in April, 2023.

Here is the link for more info: Part 2 of the preventative controls for human food training course is now available to take - Food Safety Regulations and Courses (msu.edu)

In order to participate in Part 2, you need to have taken - or take - Part 1 online through FSPCA.
